How long is the a full course?
Course lengths vary, but typically, our programs are 3 months long with 2 hours of instruction per week. Our courses are structured with progressive levels, and your child will need to successfully complete each preceding level to advance.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any events rescheduled within 14 days of the starting course date will require full payment for perishable items. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking and enroll your child in the course, you should complete your payment.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
You can invite a friend twice during the course period, but you should get our confirmation beforehand due to limited space.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?

How do we divide students?
We group students by age and skill level to ensure a uniform and appropriately challenging learning environment. Our age brackets are typically 8-11 years old and 11-14 years old. This, combined with level-based placement, helps maintain an even complexity for all students in a class.
